    Hi,

    I’m currently testing your Drizzle theme and noticed that all embedded images on a page can not be scaled-even if the h/w settings are modified. Is there any way to embed an image without it being scaled out of proportion? If I insert an image into a page or post, it just blows out of proportion. To illustrate with an example, this test page has an embedded image and even though the h/w settings are scaled down to 300×180 px, it still blows the image out: http://advisorhealthcare.com/testing-image/

    Please advise.

    Hello,

    Just add the below given CSS to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

    body.single .hentry img {
        width: 100%;
        width: 300px;
        height: 180px;
    }

    Also if you want only the image on this page to be this width ignore the previous code and add

    body.page-id-132 .hentry img {
        width: 300px;
        height: 180px;
    }

    For another page for if you want different width and height just figure out the id of the page and change the css to below given structure.

    body.page-id-"THE PAGE ID" .hentry img {
        width: 300px;
        height: 180px;
    }

    To know the id of a page/post check this post How to know id of a page.

    Hope it helps.
    PS. Since you are using free theme can you please post your next query on its forum ? It will really be easy for us to figure out the issues.

    Thank you–what if you want multiple sized images on the page-is that possible? So, if one image is 300×180 and another one is 420×240, is that possible? This seems to be basic functionality of changing the image sizes with the image setting, instead of hardcoding the CSS value. One should just grab the image handles and scale it to the desired size. Does the Pro version offer this functionality?

    Hello,

    Please add the below given CSS and remove the previously given CSS.

    body.single .hentry img {
        width: auto !important;
    }

    Also, I presume you already know how to change the width and height of the image via Content editor on wp-admin if not just click the edit image icon and set the image size to custom and change the height and width of the image.

    Regards.
